- 2 pounds beef chunks (briskets and flanks preferred)
- 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
- five cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- two carrots, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoon table salt
- 1 teaspoon footing blackness pepper
- 2 big bok choy
- 2 servings flat rice noodles
- two eggs, soft-boiled (meet notes below for instructions)
- 2 green onions, sliced
